Success With MLM

MLM or Multi Level Marketing is often considered to produce high failure rates but the most interesting fact is that some associates are succeeding with MLM.


A high percentage of individuals getting involved with Multi Level Marketing have very little or sometimes no business experience because of the way people are sponsored, so the quality of training and mentoring that a new Associate is given can often define their level of initial success.


In Multi Level Marketing the performance of your business is not just dependent on the training and mentoring that you can give, but is also determined by the depth of training that your leaders give. There isn’t anything more frustrating than training your personal leaders to a very high level, only to see them neglecting their responsibility to the Associates that they enroll. This in turn can cause the duplication of sub-standard productivity within your downline.


So how can this be resolved? How can you make sure that the same degree of training and mentoring that you give translates to each and every recruit in your downline?


Utilizing your personal experiences and a high amount of awareness to the mentoring that is required for each new partner, you should compile a complete program to include traditional and web-based Multi Level Marketing strategies. Next you can investigate ways of ensuring that your training is delivered in the original form to every new partner, without this being reliant on the capabilities of their personal Upline.


In my mind, the answer is an automated training process. Once you have prepared your training tutorials as documents, workbooks and videos, you can restructure them into an automated email training series. This takes the responsibility of training new team members away from the recruiter and ensures that everyone gets an identical amount of training and encouragement.


It should be apparent how new representatives in your organization gain from this system, but will your leaders in the business also gain? The answer is ‘definitely’ because this training system encourages rapid duplication in a business. People can succeed even when their upline is new themselves, or if they live in a remote town where no other representatives for the company reside.


Imagine being able to recruit representatives all over the world, confident that they would be fully trained and encouraged without your personal input. This can be achieved when you utilize an automated downline training system.
